As an aggressive player, I have learned a few valuable lessons while gambling over the decades. It does not matter if you prefer to gambling at the ‘bricks and mortar’ type or the many internet casinos. Here are my golden rules of wagering, many of which may be seen as clear thinking, but if followed they will help you go a long distance to departing with a smile on your face.

Rule 1: Go into a casino with a predetermined figure that you are willing and can afford to spend – How much would you spend for a night out on food, cocktails, entrance charges and tips? This is a good sum to use.

Rule 2: Don’t take your debit card out with you – or any way of drawing money out. Do not be concerned about money for the taxi if you spend it all; most cab drivers, especially the taxis hailed through casinos, will take you to your house and are more than happy to wait for the moola when you get back.

Rule 3: Stick to your set threshold. I constantly imagine what I’d like to buy if I succeed. The last time I went, I concluded I would would like to buy a new digital camera which retailed at $400, so that was my set threshold. As soon as I surpassed that amount, I walked away. Just stop. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself tells you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and back off. Leave Secure in the knowledge that you will be going into the city and buying a nice new toy!

Rule 4: Have fun. When you’re "effervescent" you will certainly profit. It is a certainty. I do not know how, but it really is. Just after it feels like a chore, or you are only betting to gain money you have lost, you usually will give up more. When you are profiting, having an excellent experience with your friends, or your significant other, you usually will gain even more.
